Herbfarm 9-Course Dinners with all wines are between $159 and $189 per person plus tax and service. Special pricing applies to special events.
A credit card number is not required to submit a Reservation Request, but is necessary to confirm any reservation offered in response. A $50 per person deposit will be charged at the time a reservation is accepted. The balance will be charged to the card the night of the event so you will not be bothered with a bill at dinner.
A $50 per person deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The Monday prior to your dinner date, your reservation is firm. All cancellations on or after this date will forfeit the deposit. Credit cards will be charged full amount of dinner for "no shows". Call us as soon as you know of changes.
Please allow 4 to 5 hours for dinner.
Join us 30 minutes before dinner for an Introduction/Garden Tour. Indoor or outdoor depending on the weather.

Host your event at The Herbfarm
Let us help you plan and host your group events and private parties. The Herbfarm offers you a unique and memorable evening with a level of food, wine, and ambience simply not available in a catered situation.

The Herbfarm's private "Founders Room" seats up to 14 and is available on any service evening or on other days by prior arrangement. Our intimate "Chef's Study Library" can accommodate a half-dozen guests.

For groups of 50 to 90, you may also book the entire restaurant. This is ideal for business "thank yous" and important personal milestones. A number of nights (especially in the autumn, winter, and spring) are set aside for private bookings (see list of dates below). We are happy to work with you on dates and details that will ensure the complete....

You will also be able to create additional, new, separate Reservation Requests (with or without alternate dates).

	The Great Northwest Barbeque Join us as we put a smile on summer fare conjuring barbeque with Herbfarm flare. Stroll from the dining room, if you wish, to watch the grill glow under the fragrant, blue smoke. Our outdoor, wood-fired oven offers savory flatbreads and caramel-flecked vegetables. Nearby, the dancing alder flames season and lick at the fat, wine- barrel-planked salmon.

	Über Tuber The potato is unmatched. This “Über Tuber” is the most generous food known, producing more food per acre than any grain or legume. With over 400 varieties cultivated for 8000 years in the western Andes of South America, Spanish Explorers brought it to Europe along with other treasure plundered in the New World. Within a short time, it revolutionized the diet of rich and poor, setting the stage for the end of the Middle Ages and the beginning of the Industrial Revolution. In this menu we explore this versatile and tasty food, pairing it with seafood and meat and showcasing it in a myriad forms.
