In this spirit, we once again present “A Menu for a Mycologist’s Dream.” With the driest summer and autumn in 65 years, some mushrooms may be scarce or limited. But our ever-changing nightly menu will be woven with whatever wild mushrooms nature offers up each day, supplemented as needed with interesting local mushrooms gathered fresh from a local farm.
