    This position is part of a small team that is dedicated to keeping The Herbfarm guest service areas at their peak appearance so we can continuously exceed the guest's expectations. This team also provides the infrastructure to allow kitchen team and servers to focus on their jobs at night.

    Laundry: wash/dry/press tablecloths, chef coats, etc. Folding of napkins, towels, linens for each weeks needs. Polishing of Silverware and glassware. Attention to detail in setting silverware, glassware, dishes and napkins. Maintain candle lanterns. Changing light bulbs as needed. Noticing maintenance needs. Monthly inventory of supplies.

    Experience and Qualifications

    • 2+ years in the workplace
    • Experience leading/training/coaching others in workplace
    • Strong command of English written and spoken

    Skills needed

    • Communication-- oral and written
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Able to do a perfect job on the same task thyme after thyme after thyme
    • Works well under pressure of time and accuracy

    • Detail Oriented--SO MANY DETAILS
    • Natural tendency and enjoyment for creating neat and tidy settings
    • Self-Motivated, works well on own
    • Takes initiative to go the extra mile

    Hours/Schedules

    Hours are 9-3ish 4-5 days per week, all year 'round. 30-35 hours
    May be combined with other very part thyme positions
