Where there's smoke, there's barbecue!

There's something inherently primal in fire and smoke. Maybe it’s a lingering gene from our ancestors who took pleasure in generations of untold, fire-licked feasts. Whatever it is that lends the culinary comfort, we wanted more! So we built a huge, true wood-fired oven and grill and we're turning the chefs loose to tend the coals. See what they create as you join us for the Great Northwest Barbeque, a feast and fete that runs from shore and slaw to salmon, ribs, duck, and beef.

Loosen the belt and dig into the marvels of the Northwest. The glow of candles and romantic guitar waits to enchant you alongside of our nationally acclaimed culinary creations. Our nightly Garden Tour begins at 6:30. Come at 6:10 (3:40 on Sunday), and we'll also have an Open House in the Wine Cellar where you can check out the 26,000 bottles of wines covering some 4,200 selections! This is also the most extensive collection of Oregon and Washington wines in the world. I invite you to join us again this season for a remarkable and memorable evening. Celebrate a birthday or anniversary—or just the pure joy of living. To reserve you table, give us a call at 425-485-5300 between 10 am and 5 PM, or here on line 24 hours a day! See you soon!

Join us as we put a smile on summer fare conjuring barbeque with Herbfarm flare. Stroll from the dining room, if you wish, to watch the grill glow under the fragrant, blue smoke. Our outdoor, wood-fired oven offers savory flatbreads and caramel-flecked vegetables. Nearby, the dancing alder flames season and lick at the fat, wine- barrel-planked salmon.
