The Mushrooms are Coming!

We are here to take your reservations for the months of October, November, December, and January. You can book online 24-hours a day. Or give us a jingle at 425-485-5300. See what we're are doing to keep you safe at The Herbfarm.

Consider that mystery, the mushroom. Neither plant nor animal, it occupies a special place in nature.

This week our Menu for a Mycologist's Dream pays tribute to this savory gift of the wild, a vast treasure from the misty realms in the Pacific Northwest. Our foragers are in the field in hot pursuit of Matsutake, Boletus, Angel Wings, Lion's Beards, Lobster Mushrooms, Cauliflower Mushrooms, yellow and blue Chanterelles, and other esculent fungi of the season. This is a seasonal fete that we've celebrated since the first days of this restaurant.

So don't miss the peak season. Join us at the table. Loosen the belt and join us as Chef Chris Weber takes on the challenge of these marvels of the Northwest. The glow of candles and romantic guitar waits to enchant you alongside our nationally acclaimed culinary creations.

Our nightly Garden Tour begins at 6:30. Come at 6:10 (3:40 on Sunday), and we'll also have an Open House in the Wine Cellar where you can check out the 20,000 bottles of wines covering some 5,000 selections! This is also the most extensive collection of Oregon and Washington wines in the world.

I invite you to join us again this season for a remarkable and memorable evening. Celebrate a birthday or anniversary or just the pure joy of living. To reserve your table, give us a call at 425-485-5300 between 10 am and 5 PM, or automatically here online 24 hours a day! See you soon!

Current Theme: A Mycologist's Dream
One of America's great wild mushroom feasts gathered by our staff forager from the wilds of the Northwest. The Herbfarm's master wild-food forager travels hundreds of miles and often hikes deep into the mountains to gather wild mushrooms for our "Menu for a Mycologist's Dream".
