Chris Weber is the Chef and partner in The Herbfarm, shepherding the restaurant through the next generation of ownership.
As an upstate New York native, Chris was given a unique perspective of food at a young age; the curiosity of new experiences and the satisfaction of self sufficiency and tradition. He came to The Herbfarm in 2007 as a commis and worked his way through the kitchen until taking the helm in 2011.
